ICICT2013 is an international conference organized by the College of Information Technology, University of Bahrain. The conference is devoted to tackle the challenges in the area of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), thereby presenting a consolidated view to the interested researches in this field. The conference aims to provide a forum for academics, researchers, practitioners as well as entrepreneurs to exchange ideas and keeping abreast of recent developments in the field of ICT from the perspective of knowledge and innovation.   The conference also expected to foster networking, collaboration and joint efforts among participants from academics and entrepreneurs. It will act as a spring board to enable researchers and academics to work together in ICT business opportunities, ICT solutions, as well as assisting entrepreneurs to seek collaborative business ventures in the global market. This conference would be a good platform for International academics and researchers to meet and discuss, thus exploring new ICT opportunities.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding. Extended version of the top selected papers may be published in selected international journals.
